We recently had the pleasure of working with All Star Rental for our outdoor summer wedding reception and we couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional service they provided.
Their team provided valuable advice on all of the items besides the tent that we would need for a successful event. They worked with us in person to plan the layout of the tent and made sure we had thought of every scenario of our plan (weather, ice bins for drinks, cocktail tables, lights, did we need a generator, etc.). They also offered an interest free payment plan which allowed us to spread the cost of the rental between the time we signed the deal to the actual day of reception.
One of the standout qualities of this company is their responsiveness and ease of communication. They were always quick to address our inquiries, making the planning process smooth and efficient. We had a slight snag on the day off (missing some chairs) and their team immediately came by with a truck to deliver extra chairs (within the hour). A special shoutout goes to Amber who was our point person when working with them!
Overall, we highly recommend All Star Rental for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. They played a crucial role in making our wedding reception memorable, and we are grateful for their exceptional service.

I cannot tell you how glad I was to have chosen to work with All Star Rental. We had a Quinceañera for our daughter and the tent, tables, sashes - it was all just stunning. All Star helped us every step of the way, this was like a wedding in terms of scope and I was so nervous about the details. All Star put my worries to rest, Heather thought through everything with me and the staff was so professional, dependable and awesome. Honestly, it could not have gone better. Thank you All Star!!
All Star Rental canceled my order 6 days prior to my event without any discussion of trying to make it work.
Note: my assistant placed the order just in case All Star comments that they have no order in my name. The event is Sept 16th, 2023 in Colgate, WI.
What happen:
My guest count increased by 100 because of this I needed additional tables and chairs. I was told that the company may or may not be able to accommodate this request and that someone will get back to me. The next call I received was to cancel my order because there was no “signed contract” although the deposit was made weeks ago. There was no discussion asking me to immediately sign the contract so we could move forward with the order as is. NOTHING- canceling the order was all that was said.
During the conversation where I requested the additional items the young lady on the phone mentioned that the ordered items would need to be stored in a covered area when not in use. My event is an outdoor event- I offered a trap or pop up tent to accommodate this new request. I was told she would let me know if that would be acceptable.
I was told that there would possibly be an additional delivery charge for the added items. I was okay with that also.
I was very understanding with the fact that the company may not have been able to add the additional items. I was me after all that had an additional 100 people to accommodate. I get it🤷🏽♀️ but to cancel my entire order a week prior, saying there’s no signed contract even though you took a deposit is just ridiculous, unthoughtful and a horrible business practice.
This is not my first time renting from their company-each experience has gotten increasingly frustrating. I believe this is a family run business-which isn’t always a plus. Customers are business and customer satisfaction should be a top priority and it just doesn’t seem to be their motivation.
This here I am 6 days out from an event that will have roughly 300 people in attendance calling rental companies looking for tables and chairs. So thumbs down to All Star Rentals. Total thumbs down. 👎🏽
All Star did an awesome job! We rented some tables and chairs, an arbor, dance floor, and linens for our wedding reception. Amber was so kind and helpful. Drivers called 30 minutes before pick up and delivery and they were very quick and clean with the setup. All of the items were really in great condition and the linens were really nice.
Great local business. From start to finish it was a breeze. Got exactly what we wanted. The guys set up everything quickly and removed it the very next day. Everyone on the phone I spoke with was very helpful. Highly recommend!
We used All Star for the MSOE Homecoming Octoberfest. 4 tents, tables and chairs. Delivery dates were carefully coordinated to meet our campus needs. Crews were on time and great to work with. Pick up/clean up was SPOTLESS. Chairs were in wonderful condition - so sturdy. Tables were great too. We will definitely contract with them again!
Amazing crew at Allstar helped my wedding day very smoothly. Right from on time delivery to helping me understand linens, Lisa from All star was super helpful. Highly recommended All star for your next event.
All Star Rental was amazing! Very easy to work with. Very affordable. Provided exactly what we wanted. The slushy machine was a hit with the kids! As well as the Jungle obstacle. That was so fun especially for lots of kids to run, bounce and slide all at the same time. Tent was secure and provided shade. Set up/tear down crew was fast and worked very well with whatever we asked. Highly recommend. Thank you all star rentals!
